Cadtree Limited (2031) is a company registered in Guernsey and incorporated under Gibraltar law. Its official registered office is located at La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney GY9 3TQ, Guernsey (referred to hereafter as the "Casino"). The Casino operates as part of the broader corporate group known in this document as the "Casino Group."
The Casino holds a valid license and is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), in accordance with the Gaming Control Act of 1992, including all applicable regulations, standards, and AGCO-issued policies. Additionally, the Casino functions under an operating agreement with Internet Gaming Ontario (iGO), which permits the provision of online gambling services to players within Ontario via its Casino Websites (as defined below).
This Agreement applies to any individual who accesses or uses the services available on any Casino Website. In this Agreement, the terms "you", "your", or "user" refer to any person utilizing the services, including all types of players as outlined below. The terms "we", "us", or "our" refer collectively to the Casino, along with its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors.
By accessing any of the Casino Websites, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This document supersedes all previous agreements, terms and conditions, or rules previously displayed or enforced on the Casino Websites.
1.1.1 Your decision to use the Casino Websites, download the Software, or access the Services is entirely your own and done at your own risk. The Casino reserves the right to change, suspend, add, or remove content or services from the Websites at any time, without prior notice. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from such changes, and you may not hold the Casino Group liable for these actions.
1.1.2.1 Online gambling may be unlawful where you live. It is your duty to ensure your use of our Websites doesn’t violate any local laws. The Casino does not aim to support or encourage any illegal activity. You should review your local rules before using the Websites. The Casino Group disclaims responsibility for any usage that violates your local legislation.
1.1.2.2 Access to gameplay is restricted to users who are physically located within Ontario. The Casino Services are not intended for use by individuals outside of this region, and we do not support actions that would breach this restriction.
1.1.3 You may only use our Services if it is legally permissible in your location to do so.
1.1.4 You must be at least 19 years old to use the Services, register, or download the Software. Additionally, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. We may require official proof of age, and until it is provided, your Account may be suspended.
1.1.5 The Casino does not guarantee that your participation is lawful in your location. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with applicable laws.
1.1.6 We may ask for identification and proof of age before granting you access. All information provided must be true, complete, and accurate.
1.1.7 You agree that we and our agents may verify your identity and confirm your legal right to use the funds you deposit on the Website.
1.1.8 Only one account per Casino Website is allowed. We may prohibit multiple accounts from the same household or family. If we find multiple accounts, we may close them and retain any associated funds.
1.1.9 Your balance and wallet on each Casino Website are separate. Funds or credits cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users.
1.1.10 All winnings may be paid out in Canadian Dollars (C$), at our discretion.
1.1.11 We may request documents to verify your registration at any time. These may include ID, proof of address, and payment verification. Notarized copies may be required. If documents are not provided or are invalid, your account may be frozen or closed and funds withheld.
1.1.12 By registering, you consent to receive communications from us, our partners, or affiliates, relating to our Services and offers via your registered contact details.
1.1.13 We do not permit gambling on credit and do not accept cash payments.
1.1.14 You must choose a secure username and password and keep them confidential. Your account is for your personal use only. If anyone else accesses it due to your negligence, you are fully responsible for the actions taken. We may close accounts with inappropriate usernames.
1.1.15 Promotional offers, bonuses, and similar incentives are limited to one per individual, household, device, or email. These offers are intended for recreational use, and we reserve the right to limit access.
1.1.15.1 If we suspect abuse of bonuses or offers, we may deny, cancel, or revoke them. If a group or user guarantees profits via such offers, we may void those bonuses. We may request ID verification before awarding bonuses.
1.1.16 By registering, you confirm your agreement with all terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately and close your account.
1.1.17 Credit/debit cards used must match the account holder’s name. Mismatched names may result in suspension. Withdrawals will only be paid to the registered name.
1.1.18 To update payment details, you must contact support. It is your duty to stay informed about payment terms and changes.
1.1.19 If a withdrawal is pending and you do not meet requirements, we may reverse the funds back to your account. We are not liable for how these returned funds are used.
1.1.20 If you do not want pending funds to be reactivated, you must request a temporary account lock via support.
1.1.21 No interest will be paid on money held in your account.
1.2.1 By entering into this Agreement, you confirm that you:

1.3.2 We are legally obligated to suspend accounts of individuals prohibited from participating by Ontario law or AGCO directives.
1.4.1 If your account is closed or you are suspended, you may submit a complaint following our official procedure.
1.5.1 These rules apply if all your accounts become inactive.
1.5.2 If an inactive account has funds, we’ll attempt to notify you via your last known contact information.
1.5.3 If you don’t respond within 30 days, we may:

1.8.4 Even after unsubscribing, you’ll receive essential service messages. Allow up to 3 days for promotional unsubscribes to take effect.
1.9.1 Use of bots, AI, or unauthorized tools to manipulate games is forbidden.
1.9.2 Funds earned using bots may be seized.
1.9.3 We may take action including account bans, fund seizure, and legal steps if such tools are used.
The Casino Group is not responsible for downtime, server interruptions, connection lag, or any technical or political issues that affect gameplay. We are also not liable for any issues caused by your internet provider or third-party services used to access the Casino Website. The Software and Services are offered “as-is,” without any express or implied guarantees, including but not limited to suitability, performance, accuracy, or legality. You bear full responsibility for the use and performance of the Software and Services.
The Casino uses location detection tools and systems to verify your physical presence. These tools track your geographic location to ensure only players within Ontario can access the Services. We actively block access from locations outside Ontario and detect any tools or software used to fake or bypass location data.
We are not liable for system crashes, telecom failures, internet connectivity issues, or any unconventional attempts to access our games. You are fully responsible for any devices and services you use to connect to our Casino Websites.
We do not promise that the Software or Services will meet your expectations or function without errors. We are not responsible for correcting software issues, removing bugs, or guaranteeing uninterrupted service. In case of technical or system failures, including errors in random number generation or bet settlement, we reserve the right to void affected bets without compensation.
Although we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee fault-free Services. If you experience a problem, you should notify our customer support team, and we will address it as soon as reasonably possible.
The Casino Group disclaims all responsibility for any damages or losses, including lost winnings, believed to be connected to the use of the Casino Websites or Services. This includes but is not limited to delays, data loss, transmission errors, misuse of content, or anything beyond our control.
We reserve the right to limit or decline any wagers at our discretion. If a bet is voided, any funds deducted will be returned to your account. Wagers are only considered accepted when confirmed by our server. All site content is merely an invitation to play, not a binding offer. Any malfunction, whether in your system or ours, invalidates all wagers and outcomes. If we override a rule in your favor, it does not create a future obligation.
We may cancel any winnings obtained through hardware or software errors. If such abuse is detected, the related account may be closed and funds forfeited. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any part of the Casino Websites, Software, or games without prior notice. We are not responsible for any resulting losses.
We may temporarily disable the Services or parts of them at any time, with or without advance notice. Services will resume as soon as reasonably possible. We are not liable for any losses due to such temporary unavailability.
If the Casino Website experiences a system failure, all associated bets are null and void. Refunds may be issued at the Casino’s discretion. In cases where incorrect odds or bet details result from a technical mistake, those bets (or affected parts of them) will be considered void.
As outlined in section 4.2, we are not responsible for any financial losses caused by service delays or interruptions.
It is solely your duty to report and pay any taxes or fees related to your winnings, based on the laws of your jurisdiction.

Using the Casino’s systems to profit from currency exchange arbitrage is forbidden. If we detect such behavior, any profits will be removed from your account without notice.
You may install and use the Casino Software and its content only under the terms of this Agreement and the Braemar Limited End User License Agreement (EULA). The Software enables your access to our Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You must not:
These activities are referred to as “Non-Permitted Uses.” You are personally responsible for any harm or costs that arise from engaging in any of these prohibited actions.
3.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to apply restrictions or specific conditions to individuals who create or attempt to create accounts in settings where devices or networks are shared with others. This may include, but is not limited to, internet cafés, workplaces, schools, or households with multiple users.
3.2 To enforce this policy, we may collect and retain data related to the physical or digital environment in which gameplay occurs.
By choosing to access and use our Services, you acknowledge that you are doing so of your own free will, at your sole discretion and risk. You agree to fully indemnify and release the Casino Group from any and all claims, costs, damages, or liabilities—whether direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive—that may arise from your participation on the Casino Websites. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
4.1.1 Accessing, revisiting, or using any part of the Casino Websites.

4.1.7 Installing, using, or reusing the Casino's software—regardless of how or from where it was obtained.
Under no circumstances shall the Casino Group be held liable to you—whether under contract, negligence, or any other legal theory—for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the Services. This applies even if you have previously informed us of the possibility of such losses.
Once a payment has been successfully transferred to the designated Payment Service Provider, the Casino Group bears no responsibility for any subsequent issues, including non-receipt, delays, or costs incurred by you due to payment failures.
We are not responsible for the actions, content, or omissions of any external advertisers or marketers whose promotions may appear on the Casino Websites.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit the Casino Group’s liability in cases of fraud, or where death or personal injury results directly from our negligence.
From time to time, the Casino may introduce promotions, competitions, and a cashback rewards system. Each of these may be governed by its own terms and conditions, which apply specifically to that offer. Any bonuses credited to your account as part of such offers must be used in accordance with the specific terms that accompany them. If no specific wagering rules are provided, the standard rules outlined here will apply.
This Agreement applies equally to all promotions, competitions, and cashback offers made available by the Casino.
If there is any contradiction between this Agreement and the specific terms of a promotion, competition, or cashback program, the specific terms will take precedence—but only in relation to the part where the conflict exists.
The Casino reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its own discretion. Promotions may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Bonuses, including any winnings from such bonuses or loyalty points, will expire six months after being issued—even if playthrough requirements have been met.
Participation in the Cashback Program is at the sole discretion of the Casino. We are not obligated to engage in discussions regarding cashback eligibility, points credited or removed, conversion rates, or participation rights. Cashback may be removed from an account at any time without notice.
Each player is eligible to receive only one welcome bonus per Casino Website. If an ineligible player receives such a bonus, the Casino may remove the bonus and any resulting winnings, at its discretion.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 70 times the bonus amount before any funds can be moved from your Bonus Balance to your Cash Balance. This requirement may vary based on the promotion, game, or your location. For example, a C$100 bonus would require C$7,000 in wagers to meet the 70x condition.
Winnings from bonuses that do not require a deposit or come from free spins are also subject to a 70x wagering requirement. Once that is met, any withdrawal will be capped at C$100. Any excess balance will be forfeited.
If you do not wish to use a bonus that has been added to your account, you may request its removal—provided you have not yet used any portion of it. Contact customer support for assistance. Once any part of the bonus has been used, it cannot be reversed until all wagering requirements are fulfilled.
If you received a sign-up bonus and met the playthrough requirement, your withdrawal will be limited to 6 times your first deposit. Any balance above that amount will be removed. Progressive jackpot winnings are exempt from this rule. Application of this clause is at the Casino’s discretion.
Prior to processing any withdrawals, gameplay may be reviewed for irregular betting patterns. Activities such as equal bets, hedge betting, or wagering more than 30% of the bonus value in a single bet are considered irregular. Each roulette spin, table hand, or poker deal counts as one bet. Any double or gamble features also count as new bets. If such patterns are identified, the Casino may withhold withdrawals or void all winnings.

The Casino reserves the right to determine what constitutes irregular play and may cancel withdrawals or bonuses if such behavior is found.
If the Casino determines you are exploiting or attempting to exploit a promotion, or acting in bad faith, it may revoke any bonus or promotional benefit, suspend your access to Services, and/or close your account. Only your original deposit may be refunded, if applicable.
If you violate any warranties stated in Section 1.2 of this Agreement, the Casino may cancel your winnings and remove any remaining account balance.
While a bonus is active, the maximum allowable bet is C$8 per game round and C$0.50 per line. Exceeding this may result in forfeiting winnings linked to that bonus.
In addition to these general Terms and Conditions, specific game rules and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) published on any of the Casino’s websites (collectively referred to as the "Rules of Play") also apply to your use of the Services. These Rules govern how you interact with games and must be followed at all times.
By participating in any games on the Casino Websites, you acknowledge and accept that the Rules of Play and the FAQs are binding upon you, just as if they were expressly included in this Agreement.
If a payout is left pending within a Video Poker game, the Casino reserves the right to retrieve those winnings and manually apply the amount to your player balance.
The Casino maintains the right to remove and forfeit any funds that have been left active within a game—excluding Video Poker—for a period of 90 days or more.
The Casino may request identification documents during account registration and/or prior to processing financial transactions. Information you provide may be shared across all Casino Websites for verification purposes. Documents that may be required include:

Withdrawals made via bank transfer will only be issued to the name registered on the Casino account. If you’ve used a credit or debit card to deposit funds, that card must also be in your name. Employees, partners, affiliates, licensors, licensees, agents, advertisers, and anyone connected to the Casino through promotional programs or operations—as well as their immediate family members—are prohibited from registering as Real Players. This includes individuals referenced in clause 1.2.3.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be removed without affecting the remainder of the Agreement, which will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any leniency or delay in enforcing the terms of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of the Casino’s legal rights.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this Agreement does not confer any rights or remedies on individuals or entities who are not a party to it.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of financial loss, and you accept full responsibility for such outcomes. The Casino, including its affiliates and partners, is not liable for your losses.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and the Casino, overriding all previous agreements, whether written or verbal. You confirm that you are not relying on any statements not expressly included herein.
Section headings are provided for clarity and do not influence interpretation. References to one gender include all genders, the singular includes the plural, and references to individuals include legal entities.
The Casino is licensed and governed by the laws and gaming regulations of Ontario, along with applicable guidelines issued by AGCO and iGaming Ontario (iGO).
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and applicable federal Canadian laws. Legal disputes fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts, except where temporary injunctions are sought. Additionally, Cadtree Limited complies with Alderney laws as a Category 1 licensee under AGCC.
These Terms may be translated into multiple languages. In the case of a conflict between translated versions, the English version shall take precedence.
10.12.1 Each Player is allowed only one entry per tournament and per account. Use of multiple accounts, devices, or aliases to gain extra entries is strictly prohibited.
10.12.2 If a Player wins funds from Tournament Free Rolls before making a deposit, withdrawal of such winnings will be capped at C$100. Any remaining funds will be removed.
If you have concerns or complaints regarding your account, gameplay, or compliance with this Agreement, you may contact Customer Support through live chat or email. Unresolved complaints can be formally submitted within six months of the incident.

You must respond to any communication regarding your complaint within 4 weeks. Otherwise, the complaint will be closed, and a new complaint must be filed if you wish to proceed further. Complaints cannot be submitted within one week of a withdrawal request to allow standard processing to complete.

You may not transfer, assign, or sublicense your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent. The Casino reserves the right to assign its obligations to third parties without notice.
If the Casino undergoes a merger, acquisition, or other corporate restructuring, your account and related data may be transferred to the new ownership entity. You will be notified in such cases via email or on-site announcement.
The Casino reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for any reason. If terminated, your account balance may be returned to you, except in the following circumstances:

In the event of a discrepancy between game results shown on your device and those on the Casino’s servers, the server record will be considered final and binding.
All references to "C$" or dollar signs within these Terms refer to Canadian Dollars, unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, agency, trust, or joint venture between you and the Casino.

When using the Casino’s services via a mobile device, the following additional conditions will apply to ensure proper use and understanding of responsibilities.
You are solely accountable for any fees or costs incurred from your mobile network provider while using the Mobile Casino. This includes, but is not limited to, charges for data usage, downloads, sending or receiving messages, and accessing games or placing bets. Such fees are your responsibility and are not considered part of any wagers made within the Casino.
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your mobile device, internet connection, network access, and any related permissions or configurations are properly set up and maintained to use the Mobile Casino or Casino Websites. The Casino is not liable for any disruption in service due to device or network issues on your end.
